Based in Houston (Texas), CDI has 40 years of experience providing pricing benchmarks to customers in the US petrochemical and plastics sector.
AMR International supported the transaction with the buy-side Commercial Due Diligence.
We assisted ICIS in evaluating the commercial attractiveness of CDI by conducting a customer survey, quantifying the quality and sustainability of its offerings. In addition, we evaluated the vendor landscape highlighting CDI’s points of differentiation.
To support the post-acquisition strategy, the AMR team also assessed the broader market opportunity and headroom for growth in the US market. This involved considering the value drivers of a combined ICIS and CDI offering.
