AMR’s innovative approach to the sale

AMR provided Vendor-initiated Commercial Due Diligence (VCDD) on the transaction. VCDD is a seller funded piece of independent research used to provide information on the company being sold, its markets, industry and competitive environment. This is a nascent approach in the US market but is widely used in Europe. The process worked particularly well for the buyer, seller, investment bank – and for management.
